• An introductory film on the pañca prāṇa and our concept of pañca vidya.  There is a handout for your notes
• 5 short films on each of the 5 prāṇa and an introduction to the practice, with a handout for your notes where applicable.
• 5 guided online practices on each morning of the course with a written diagrammatic copy of the practice. The practices will be recorded and made available in case you miss a session, want to repeat, or take the whole course at your own time.
