• An introductory film on the 5 instruments of knowing - the pañca jñāna indriya.  There is a handout for your notes
• 5 short films on each of the 5 senses  in turn and some ideas about their role in practice, with a handout for your notes
• A daily guided online practice for 5 days focussing on working with the 5 senses in different ways, with a written diagrammatic copy of the practice. The practices will be recorded and made available in case you miss a session, want to repeat, or take the whole course at your own time.
