Definitive Yoga Sutra Chapter 2 Online Course
An online course exploring chapter 2 of the Yoga Sutra in depth, inspired by the teachings of TKV Desikachar, and using key ideas from the commentary of Vyāsa. We will also include many of the unique insights of Peter Hersnack. This course is aimed at Yoga Teachers and keen Yoga students.
First course meeting 22 Jan 2021
Explore each sūtra in-depth informed by the teachings of TKV Desikachar, and supported with analysis of key ideas from the commentary of Vyāsa.
The course includes:
- 15 x 3.5hr group zoom sessions (divided into 2 theory sessions, with breaks, short practice, with breaks)
- Handouts for all sutras with key terms and sanskrit included for personal note taking
- Access to recordings of all sessions for at least 6 months
Course Costs & Timings
This study course run every 3 weeks (15 sessions) as an online Zoom session.
Each meeting will consist of 3 sessions:
3 – 4.00pm (theory)
4.30 – 5.00 pm (practice session )
5.15 – 6.30pm (theory)
The first session will be on 22 Jan and final session on 10th Dec 2021.
Timings are based on London times. All sessions will be recorded.
